Summary
In this first of a series of two sessions on Bayesian models, Dr. Julien Diard introduces Bayesian models and inference with an emphasis on Bayesian models in cognitive science. In this introductory class, Bayesian models of inference are considered as probabilitistic models and, via a simplified example of a model of bayesian inference, the basics of probability calculation are presented.
